Social wellbeing is the development of maintenance of satisfying, supportive, and positive relationships. The ability to relate well to and respect others within the family, at work, and in the community is integral to social wellbeing.

Check in with your social wellbeing by asking yourself these questions:
- Do I make time to visit my family and friends?
- Do I express appreciation and affection for the people who support me?
- Do I find my relationships to be positive, enriching, and authentic?
- Do I make an effort to interact with people from different backgrounds than I?
- Do you notice yourself experiencing loneness?
These are easy things you can do to better your social wellbeing.

- Go do something you enjoy with a friend or family member
- Grab a meal with a friend or mentor
- Attend an on-campus event
- Start a hobby and get others to join you
- Volunteer for a local non-profit
