Group Fitness Classes
CRW Group Fitness offers 15+ fun and energizing classes per week for all fitness levels! Classes are led by certified and welcoming instructors. Free for students, faculty, staff, and all other CRW members.

The Herman W. Lay Physical Activities Center, or PAC, is the hub of student fitness and recreational programs and activities. It is home to dozens of aerobic and weightlifting machines and has a basketball court, group fitness studio, and swimming pool. You’ll find plenty of options in our 36,000-square foot recreational space.
