Lifeguard – Level II – $12/hr
CRW Lifeguards watch over the campus pools during operational hours, practices, and special events. All guards are required to maintain a nationally recognized certification and are expected to demonstrate their skills at least once a week. CRW regularly offers Red Cross lifeguarding certifications, and they are FREE for CRW employees, or those who commit to working for CRW for at least two full semesters. Prerequisites: minimum of 16 years old, lifeguard certification, or ability to obtain one, ability to swim 300 yds. without stopping, brick retrieval test, and ability to tread water for two minutes. Competitive Sports Supervisor – Level II – $10.50/hr.
Competitive Sports Supervisors assist with setting up and taking down fields, check-ins, equipment management, and game management. They are responsible for providing feedback to officials and stepping in to officiate when necessary. They may also assist in the office with inputting scores or supporting Club Sports management.
Officials – Level I – $10/hr.
Officials manage intramural games by enforcing the rules of the game.
Facility Attendant – Level I – $10/hr.
Facility Attendants assist with the PAC Fitness Center operations by: checking patrons in, equipment check-out, hourly counts, laundry, disinfecting and resetting equipment, and more.
Facility Supervisor – Level II – $13/hr.
Facility Supervisors supervise day-to-day operations of the PAC Fitness Center by: providing frontline supervision and guidance to Facility Attendants, maintaining elevated knowledge of CRW, serving as the first point of contact when professional staff are unavailable, and more. Prerequisite: 1 full semester as a Facility Attendant.
Group Fitness Instructor – Level I – $15/hr.
Group Fitness instructors facilitate a wide-range of group fitness classes.
Certified Group Fitness Instructor – Level III – $20+/hr.
Certified Group Fitness Instructors are the top-level instructors that have years of experience and usually multiple certifications. They demonstrate a mastery of fitness instruction as evidenced by consistently high participation rates.
Brand Strategist – Level II – $13/hr.
The purpose of the Brand Strategist is to assist with crafting and executing a comprehensive brand strategy. This position works with the Director to develop a content management calendar, organize relevant, timely postings, and manage brand standards in alignment with the department’s social media policies and vision for branding.
