Trustee Jason Richards talks commercial real estate on YPK podcast

Jason Richards, Furman University Board of Trustees member and 2001 political science alumnus, joined podcast “The Great Retention” hosted by Kamber Parker Bowden ’17, founder of YoPro Know. Richards is global business director of NAI Earle Furman LLC, a commercial real estate firm in Greenville. Bowden, a communication studies and political science alumna, spoke to Richards about how the company attracts and retains young professionals and how, in an industry where people often remain in their jobs into their 80s, the company navigates the age gap. Among other topics, Richards also weighed in on the state of remote and hybrid work and commented on what makes the commercial real estate space attractive to young professionals.
