The Triple Nickel Group assembled a tool kit (click here for the download) for schools, which includes examples of techniques, concepts and strategies to assist educators, community leaders, and parents in creating a robust school environment that generates measurable improvements in school culture, working relationships and student success. This tool kit is designed to encourage educators to model the success of Dr. Christina Melton, the principal of Nursery Road Elementary School and the 2012 South Carolina Elementary School Principal of the Year, by using her ideas and insights to provide guidance and resources for planning and implementation.

The tool kit, which incorporates several interactive features, is flexible in design to be modified or adapted to meet the unique needs of diverse schools and communities. The Triple Nickel Group is making this toolkit available to schools and communities through a website hosted by South Carolina ETV.
