The Annual Performance Evaluation is a comprehensive tool for supervisors to evaluate a staff member’s performance during a review period and identify objectives for development. It is intended to facilitate meaningful communication between a supervisor and a staff member regarding the supervisor’s performance expectations and the staff member’s work, individual and departmental goals, and the staff member/supervisor relationship. Use the Performance Management Manual for instruction on how to successfully complete this process.
