Employees (and students) can update personal information in Workday, including gender identity and pronouns, by using the “Change My Personal Information” task. Access to personal information about employees is limited and is maintained only in two places – Workday and the Development Office’s software.
Workday Help Site has information about how to make these changes.
You can also review a more extensive document about where preferred name, gender identity and pronoun information is shared, where it is not shared, and how employees and students can notify other offices of this information if they wish to do so.
