Employees (and students) can update personal information in Workday, including gender identity and pronouns, by using the “Change My Personal Information” task. Access to personal information about employees is limited and is maintained only in two places – Workday and the Development Office’s software.

Workday Help Site has information about how to make these changes.

You can also review a more extensive document about where preferred name, gender identity and pronoun information is shared, where it is not shared, and how employees and students can notify other offices of this information if they wish to do so.

Please review the Onboarding Checklist for Managers

Workday training materials can be found on the Workday Help @Furman blog.

You may view the HR events calendar here.

Faculty, staff, volunteers, interns, affiliates, dependents and Furman retirees may request a Furman ID card here: www.furman.edu/hridcards

Please contact the University Bursar with your employee ID number so that your card can be linked for dining purchases.  Once added, click the link below to add funds to your card.  Money added to your card can be used for on-campus purchases in any of the dining facilities, but is not refundable.
