Major in Communication Studies

Majors

Communication Studies offers three majors. All majors in communication studies learn about the vibrant history of communication in society, the practices of communication through spoken and written word, and the latest advancements in digital communication tools. Then, students specialize in communication studies, strategic communication and advocacy, or communication and media studies. These three majors each focus on a unique lens for the application of communication concepts to personal growth and professional practice.
