How will you learn?
All majors in communication studies learn about the deep history of communication in society, the practices of communication through spoken and written word, and the latest advancements in digital communication tools. Then, strategic communication and advocacy majors focus their studies on creating messages that matter for the audiences they seek to inspire. Most of our majors complete internships to ground their practice, either through our partnerships in Greenville, across the United States in the summers or through one of our international internship programs in Edinburgh, London or across the globe. All our majors complete a capstone experience to crystallize their own personal passions.
