Executive Summary: Wash, Rinse and Read

Wash, Rinse and Read provides high-quality early literacy resources and outreach programs directly into local self-service laundromats in underserved communities. Through this program Laundromat owners are provided with resources to construct a space within their facilities that offers a safe, fun, and engaging place for children and families in laundromats. These spaces are equipped with literacy-rich materials to support children’s early brain and language development, and are a meaningful way to serve their community and customers.
