All requests for photography should be submitted to University Communications via the form below or by contacting your communications liaison.

University Communications will work with you to determine if we should assign the photography to a staff member or pursue other options. We will focus on providing staff support for photos that will:

  • Be shared in an official capacity with large external audiences
  • Advance the university’s goals in reputation, enrollment or engagement/giving
  • And, be used in other communications that support the above, typically marketing materials produced by University Communications.

For photos that don’t meet the above criteria, University Communications will provide guidance on alternatives, including capturing events on smartphones or personal cameras. Please do not reach out to any other photographer, including freelancers, until you have received approval from University Communications.
