The benefits employees selected during open enrollment became effective January 1, 2026. To ensure the benefits are accurate, employees are encouraged to do the following:
- Check mail for receipt of new Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and/or dental cards
- For participants in the medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), check mail for receipt of Health Savings Account (HSA) information and a card from Accrue Health
- First time participants in 2026 Medical and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts with Flores, check the mail for receipt of a Flores benefits card and instructions on how to set up an online account
- Staff members paid on a bi-weekly basis should review benefit deductions on the January 16 paystub. All others paid on a monthly basis should review benefit deductions on the January 28 paystub. Paystubs may be accessed in Workday.
