  • Think about sustainability and try to practice it in their daily lives

    • Turning off lights when they are not in use
    • Taking reusable bags to the grocery store

Check in with your environmental wellbeing by asking yourself these questions:

  1. Do you feel comfortable in your space? 
  2. Do I take time to appreciate nature and remain connected to the natural world?
  3. What spaces do you like be in?  
  4. Am I aware of the impact I have on the environment?  
  5. What products do I use and consume every day? Are there better alternatives?  
  6. Do I reduce, reuse, and recycle as much as possible?
  7. Does my environment support and encourage my individual wellbeing?
  8. How can I participate in efforts to remove systemic barriers to my environmental wellbeing?

  • Try composting
  • Visit and volunteer at the Furman Farm  
  • Join an environmentally-focused group or club like Eco Reps, EAG, or FUOC.
