Check in with your academic wellbeing by asking yourself:

  • Do I try to keep an open mind when presented with new ideas and concepts?
  • Do I seek out opportunities on and off campus that stimulate my mind?
  • Do I look for ways to engage my creativity through things like music, writing or visual arts?
  • Do I read books for pleasure in addition to what’s required for class?

These are easy things you can do to better your academic wellbeing.

  • Try creative problem solving like cross words, sudoku or other puzzles
  • Write about something you are interested in and post it on social media
  • Try taking an elective course outside your major  
  • Use a calendar to improve time management and productivity 
  • Take advantage of office hours or peer tutoring  
  • Go to a CLP or speaking event outside of your major area of interest
