In today’s rapidly changing world, graduates with an M.S. in Innovation and Leadership are equipped to be a valuable resource for companies and organizations, facilitating innovation in corporate, organizational, group, team and/or interpersonal contexts. Whether graduates go on to work within a larger company or as independent consultants, they’ll be successful in disciplines such as entrepreneurship, management, product development and marketing, to name a few. 

Furman’s M.S. in Innovation and Leadership is a 12-month, three-term program.  
 
The program is also tailored to working professionals, so those looking to reduce their workload can opt for a lighter course load and extend the program timeline past the typical three-term program.
