Welcome to the first issue of the new Furman Music digital magazine. After many years of printing an annual publication to showcase our alumni, we realized that we could share their news and what’s going on in the Furman Music Department in a more timely and more interactive way. So, as you dig into our new publication, we hope you’ll enjoy meeting our new band director Sue Samuels, welcoming jazz pianist Josh Espinosa home, learning about how Gianni Iona ’20 made the Bell Tower sing, and the amazing experiences our student had this fall at the Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo.
