Our cadets are striving for college degrees in over 60 majors across three different campuses. The Paladin Battalion supports cadets who are academically diverse and aspires to help them achieve their educational goals, while also developing their leadership and military skills.

As a Paladin Battalion cadet, you will take one elective course in military science and one lab every semester. In addition, you will conduct physical training at least 3 times a week with the entire battalion and conduct field training once a semester. Our proximity to Fort Jackson, a premier Army training base, allows our cadets to have access to the facilities and ranges during at least one of our field training exercises. Our courses and training events will promote leadership, decision making, cultural awareness, improve communication skills, and enhance your experience as a student at one of our three schools.

The skills obtained from involvement in Army ROTC build well-rounded Alumni that are sought after by future employers. Our Alumni serve at least 4 years in the Army following their graduation, depending on their personal scholarship commitments. Some will go on to serve past their required service obligation, while others will pursue a career in the civilian sector, often holding positions of leadership and service.

Our mission is to recruit, educate, train, and commission leaders of character into the US Army.
