Congratulations!   If you have already applied to graduate, here is a checklist to make sure you are ready.

Register for Commencement on MarchingOrder

• You will receive an email with instructions for registering in Marching Order. Email commencement@furman.edu if you do not receive an email by March 1st.

Attend the College Fair and order your graduation apparel

• The College Fair will be held at Barnes & Noble Furman on Wednesday, March 23rd from 11am-3pm and Thursday, March 24th, 2022 from 1pm-5pm. Meet with company representatives to order your cap and gown, invitations and other graduation mementos. If you miss the fair, just stop by Barnes & Noble Furman to order regalia.

Complete your Senior Survey

• The link to the Class of 2022 Senior Survey is here.
  You will need your Furman ID to enter the survey.  It should take between 10-20 minutes of your time.  If you have any problems accessing your survey, please email Suzanne Klonis at Suzanne.klonis@furman.edu.  If you do not complete the online survey by Thursday, May 5th, you will be asked to complete a paper survey when you pick up your reader card on Friday, May 6th.

Plan your weekend

• Know what you and your guests are participating in and plan the logistics.

Pick up your reader card

• You must have a reader card to participate in the commencement ceremony. Pick up your reader card on Friday, May 6th from 4:30-6:30 at McAlister Auditorium. Can’t make the reader card pick up window?  Email commencement@furman.edu.

Know when and where to be on Commencement Day

• Don’t be late! Set reminders on your calendar.

• You are about to be among Furman’s newest alumni. Check out our alumni site to see how you can stay connected after graduation.

Connect on social media

• Share weekend memories by using #FUGrad2022.

Remember to check out on Sunday

• Make your appointment with Housing to check out and turn in your key on Sunday.
