Candidate Regalia
Graduate candidates ordering information
Graduates may purchase regalia online through the Oak Hall website at https://furman.shopoakhalli.com/. Orders may be placed online for delivery to bookstore through March 6, 2024. After March 6, 2024, students will have the option to ship their regalia to their home, mailbox or the bookstore.
Please note the following dates, events and deadlines for purchasing your ceremony regalia.
Wednesday, February 28th & Thursday, February 29th
Regalia & Herff Jones Orders
11 AM – 4 PM in the Bookstore
Graduates are invited to place their order for regalia and enter for their chance to win a degree frame or B&N Gift Card. Herff Jones will be on-site accepting ring and graduation announcement orders.
Wednesday, March 6th
Last day for graduates to order regalia online to be shipped to store for pick-up.
Wednesday, April 3rd
Regalia Pick-up Day
11 AM – 4 PM at the Bookstore
Graduates are invited to pick up their online regalia orders, or purchase regalia in-store! Raffles and refreshments.

Tassels, caps, gowns and hoods
Regalia sets include the cap, gown, tassel, and hood required for your graduation ceremony.
Faculty Regalia
Faculty members who do not own their own regalia are expected to rent regalia for the May commencement ceremony. 50% of the regalia rental is paid for at Barnes & Noble at Furman; the remaining 50% rental will be charged to the university. Please contact the bookstore to rent faculty regalia.
Faculty regalia can be rented through the Barnes & Noble at Furman. An email will be sent to all faculty with ordering instructions and an order form. If you do not receive the email by Friday March 1st, 2024, request a form by emailing SM8005@bncollege.com.
