Guest Protocol

Guest Seating
Tickets will not be required for the ceremony in Daniel Chapel.

Guest Attire
Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the ceremony and for the weather. Women are encouraged to wear slacks and top, a pantsuit or a dress.  Men are encouraged to wear slacks and a polo or dress shirt, slacks and sports coat, or a suit.  Comfortable shoes for walking are also encouraged.

Guest Behavior
Guests are asked to maintain the dignity of the ceremony. We understand your enthusiasm for the graduates, however, to ensure all guests hear the names of the graduates, guests must refrain from loud, disruptive cheering. The use of any noise-making devices is not permitted.

A photographer from GradImages™ will capture images of all graduates as they receive their diplomas during the commencement exercises. Graduates will receive free passport-sized digital proofs on an order card no later than ten days following the ceremony. Since these photographs will be available to you, we encourage family members and guests to remain seated throughout the ceremony.

Before the ceremony, click on “Pre-Event Registration” on the GradImages™ website to add contact information for up to 6 family members and/or friends. After the ceremony, graduates may order online through the GradImages™ website or call them at 800.261.2576.
