COVID-19 Information for Vendors and Contractors
Due to COVID-19, there are certain requirements that must be met by all Vendors and Contractors prior to a visit to the Furman University campus. These requirements are set forth in a form accessed by the button below, titled "Furman COVID-19 Vendor/Contractor Safety Requirements." This form MUST be completed and signed prior to any visit. You may fill out the form ahead of your visit and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: Once a Vendor or Contractor has completed and submitted a form, it will NOT be necessary to submit additional forms for future visits.

Facilities Services visitors (vendors, contractors, etc.) must use the Visitor Entrance indicated on the map.
Delivery vehicles should proceed directly to the Warehouse via the route indicated on the map. Delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
