The Women’s Leadership Institute at Furman University is a leadership training program for both existing female leaders and developing female leaders. This curriculum is focused on teaching participants evidence-based leadership theory and practical application of these theories to help them inspire followers, lead groups, and achieve organizational goals—all in the context of better understanding the unique challenges women face in the workplace.

The Women’s Leadership Institute of Furman includes seminars led by Furman faculty on current topics relevant to challenges women face in the business environment. The institute includes dynamic guest speakers and a professional assessment with coaching.
Applications for the class of 2021 will be accepted through April 2, 2021.
