Katherine Baskin began her career in adult learning in 2015 as a Program Advisor for an alternative teaching certification program. She has been a Program Manager with ZSchool for over 6 years where she works closely with universities and professionals nationwide to deliver high-impact programs focused on leadership, strategic thinking, and real-world application.

Known for her relationship-driven approach, Katherine excels at fostering growth in AI Driven Marketing Leadership, Customer Experience and Strategic AI education through Furman’s certificate programs, where the focus is on empowering professional with cutting-edge skills. As Program Manager, contributions include oversight of course development, student engagement, and collaboration with advisory panels to ensure program effectiveness.

Outside of her professional work, Katherine is a dedicated mother. She is also passionate about the outdoors and can often be found hiking, exploring new trails, or spending time in nature. She brings that same sense of intentionality, balance, and authenticity into every area of her life.
