Sleep When You’re Dead 24 Hour Design Competition

The Furman Department of Art along with the Master of Arts in Strategic Design (MAS-D), will kick off the annual 24-hour student design competition this January. Stay tuned for more information!

How it works:

Teams of 4-5 Furman undergraduates are paired with one MAS-D student.  These teams have 24 hours to come up with a solution to the creative brief delivered after the keynote speaker.  Teams must present their work to a panel of judges who are design professionals from the southeast.  Judges will provide critical feedback for the students. Students are awarded with Platinum, Gold and Silver along with the coveted Most Innovative award.

Are you an undergrad? Yes? Then it’s time for you to sign up to lose one night of sleep in exchange for an amazing opportunity to engage with a problem, find a solution, have fun, and most importantly expand your creative skills.

The only thing we ask is that you dedicate a full 24 hours to this experience. Please stayed tuned for more information about date and registration!
