The Furman Department of Art, along with the Master of Arts in Strategic Design (MAS-D) Graduate Program, will kick off its annual 24-hour student design competition this January. Stay tuned for more information!

How it Works:

Teams of 4-5 Furman undergraduates are paired with one MAS-D graduate student.  These teams are tasked with 24 hours to come up with a solution to a creative brief delivered after the keynote speaker.  Teams must present their work to a panel of judges who are comprised of design professionals from the Southeast.  Judges will provide critical feedback for the students. Students are awarded with Gold, Silver and Bronze monetary awards, along with the coveted Most Innovative Award.
