Wired for Work connects neurodivergent young adults to meaningful career opportunities in the Upstate manufacturing sector at companies like BMW and Michelin. Developed in partnership with Able SC’s Equip Program, this project addresses South Carolina’s disability employment gap by matching the unique talents of job seekers with workplaces committed to neuroinclusion.
