Next Gen Essentials: From Campus to Career

In this half-day program, interns in OneSpartanburg’s PowerUp program will hear from local business leaders on developing soft skills for their future careers.  Featuring sessions on communication, critical thinking, and time management capped by a moderated panel discussion on workplace readiness, the college-age participants will gain valuable insights into the intangible qualities they can bring to their summer internships and future careers.  NextGen Essentials: From Campus to Career aims to help narrow the gap between technical skill and execution in the workplace.
