The Diversity Leadership Pipeline is an initiative to advance women and minorities in leadership roles in the Greenville community. As a significant step toward this goal, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce is gathering information from qualified individuals who may be interested in serving in various leadership capacities, including nonprofit and corporate boards of directors — thanks to a survey instrument created by our DLI group that feeds into a constantly updated database. Having this information on file allows these individuals to be in the consideration set whenever opportunities are presented to the Chamber for volunteer leadership. Through this initiative, the Greenville Chamber will serve as a key resource for Upstate organizations looking to fill volunteer leadership roles.
