CARE: Career Readiness and Empowerment

Project CARE (Career Readiness and Exploration) connects former foster youth (ages 18 to early 20’s) to development coaches to explore career possibilities aligned to their interest. This one-on-one program is uniquely designed to support individual strengths and needs to create a pathway to an independent life and successful career.
