Leigh graduated from Washington University in 1989 with a Master degree in Physical Therapy. She completed her BA in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1986, where she served as a student athletic trainer, working with the UNC men’s basketball and women’s soccer teams.

Leigh has over 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings. She has extensive knowledge in the treatment of a variety of general orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Leigh served as the Clinical Manager for Simpsonville Rehabilitation & Sports from 2002-2006. Prior to joining our Sports Medicine team in 2018, she served as the Clinical Director for ATI/Proaxis Therapy in Easley for 6 years. She has a passion for all types of patients and diagnoses, recognizing the challenge and excitement in helping people maximize their function through appropriate exercise, manual therapy and education.
