Furman Accounts

Your Furman NetID (network username) and password provides access to the Furman network, MyFurman, and most Furman information technology services.

Guest Accounts

The IT Service Center is happy to provide temporary accounts for campus for guests and visitors.

Need help with your password

Password Station

Password Station – Lets you change your NetID password, or reset it if you have forgotten the password or it as expired and works with a web browser.

Enroll – to use Password Station you must first enroll which is setting up security questions and answers.  You must have a valid password to enroll in Password Station.

Expired or Forgotten Password – if your password has expired or you have forgotten it you can click on the “Forgot Password” option in Password Station to reset it with your security questions.

Change Password – you can change your password at any time using the Password Station.  Simply login with your current password and select the “Change Password” option

Password Expiration – after you enroll, Password Station will also send you an email notice to change your password when your password is about to expire.

Remote Assistance from IT Service Center

You can schedule a video chat session with an IT Service Center staff member to assist you with your password.

You must present a photo ID during this session.

Change password using campus computer

You can change your password using a Windows computer on campus.

Login to any Windows computer on campus and press Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select the “Change a Password” option. This will only work if your password has not already expired.

In-person assistance at IT Service Center

You can schedule an in-person appointment with a staff member to assist you with your password at the IT Service Center on the lower level of the Library.  You will need to present a photo ID for this service.
