In an article appearing in SCBIZ, Furman University’s Liz Seman is listed among South Carolina’s Top 100 Women (formerly known as Women of Influence). The recognition highlights women who are making an impact through their professional experience, leadership, community service and mentoring. Seman, Furman chief of staff and vice president for community and government relations, has also served on the Greenville County Council since 2008 representing district 24.
Earlier this year, she was named to Greenville Business Magazine’s “50 Most Influential Hall of Fame.” Her commitment to community is further evidenced by her presence on dozens of boards in the Upstate region throughout the decades she has called Greenville home.
