Haley rises in polls; Vinson not surprised

Ahead of the third GOP debate set for Nov. 8 in Miami, Furman University’s Danielle Vinson, a professor of politics and international affairs, spoke to Florida Phoenix about Nikki Haley’s rise in the polls.
