Doing the hard work of keeping our republic

Spurred by the events at the nation’s Capitol on Jan. 6, faculty in Furman University’s Department of Politics and International Affairs write an op-ed in The Greenville News about how to maintain the republic that is the United States. They point to the danger of relying on false narratives proffered by those in power, and on partisan news sources for staying informed about American politics.
