Greenville Business Magazine’s Best & Brightest 35 and Under

Greenville Business Magazine has published its list of the 35 “Best & Brightest 35 and Under.” The pool of honorees includes several Furman alumni, including Bree Alexander ’12, who earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Furman, a master’s from University of South Carolina and a doctorate in social work from Baylor University. At Baylor, she was the first African American to earn the degree, and among the first to earn it in a record three years. She was recently hired as an assistant professor of social work at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
