Student Quote

"I have learned that spirituality is a personal practice that helps me identify values and moral that are important to me. At Furman, I have been able to practice spirituality wellbeing by attending yoga classes lead by other students, attending meditation events, and overall having a support system. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of spirituality and how to incorporate it into my daily life. “
