Students may schedule virtual appointments with the Internship Office and the Malone Center for Career Engagement to explore career options, develop resumes and LinkedIn profiles, practice interview skills, and search for internship and job opportunities. Virtual internships, virtual informational interviews, virtual career fairs, and additional Furman-sponsored professional development programs will be offered throughout the academic year, including increased opportunities for students to connect with top-tier employers and alumni from around the world through virtual platforms.
Students interested in pre-health or pre-law careers may schedule virtual appointments with advisors in the Office of Pre-Professional Advising. This office will also offer virtual programming throughout the semester.
The university will closely monitor the evolving circumstances related to COVID-19, along with rapidly developing scientific knowledge and medical resources, to determine the appropriateness for adjustments and contingencies.
