The use of outdoor space is highly encouraged. The number of individuals gathering at an event outdoors is limited to a maximum of 30 individuals unless the registrant receives approval from the appropriate University staff person (listed below). Reservations for these outdoor spaces may be made in 25Live; however, it is the responsibility of the registrant to contact University staff about outdoor activities larger than 30 prior to the activity taking place. It is recommended that all activities be registered and approved at least 14 days in advance.
