Chapter 1: Know Thyself, Chapter 2: Stress, Anxiety, & Time, Chapter 3: Navigating Fear, Chapter 4: Overcoming the Imposter, Chapter 5: Boundary Setting, and Chapter 6: Manifesting Positivity.

This section addresses chronic stress’s impact on health, relationships, and performance, exploring interventions to break the scarcity cycle and regain control.

Challenge social anxieties and transform fears into powerful motivators.
Understand how to negotiate through your fear.
Leverage the ADD technique and Internal Family Systems for dynamic growth.

This session navigates your natural fears of rejection and failure, and you will learn to employ strategies like the ADD technique and Internal Family Systems for personal empowerment, understanding how to transform those social anxieties, discomforts, and fears into fuel.

Recognize and counteract imposter syndrome, and break the chains of self-doubt.
Understand how control often ends up controlling us and how you can break the cycle.
Fortify against negative thoughts, forging a sustainable, unshakable, confidence loop.

Here we address imposter syndrome’s prevalence (with 75-82% of people suffering from it), and aim to recognize and combat those imposter thoughts with tailored strategies for change.

Recognize toxic patterns/relationships and set appropriate boundaries.
Navigate societal expectations and the bind of the gendered expectations.
Learn the art of saying “no” and how to hold your boundaries so that you can live you most powerful, intentional life.

In this chapter we will delve into the societal expectations for women and men, emphasizing boundary-setting, rights recognition, effective communication, and mastering “no” and “sorry.”
