Teacher Residency is a hands-on orientation to the core components of the model: culture, project based learning, and the use of technology. New New Tech teachers are spend several days shadowing experienced teachers in established New Tech schools. Project school teacher teams attended residency at New Tech Network Demonstration Sites — the Scott’s Branch team at Calumet New Tech High School in Gary, Indiana, and the Colleton team at Niles New Tech Entrepreneurial Academy in Niles, Michigan.
