Dr. Judy Stuart is an associate professor and coordinator of the special education programs for the Education Department. Dr. Stuart also coordinates the Educational Studies major and serves as an advisor for that major, in addition to serving as an advisor for Elementary Education majors. She holds a bachelor's degree in special education from Louisiana Tech University and a master's and Ph.D. in special education from the University of New Orleans. Dr. Stuart has been actively involved in working with professionals in special education and other related service providers with particular interests centered on children with special needs and their families. She is a long-standing member of Council for Exceptional Children and shares her passion through working with all students.
