The lights are bright downtown

When prospective students and their families come to look at college campuses, it is becoming more and more common for their visits to include a tour of the town in which they might end up living. Since Greenville has received national praise for its vibrant downtown area, Furman wants its visiting students to see Greenville as well. An article in the Chronicle of Higher Education about campus tours included information about how Furman is also hosting receptions for prospective students in the heart of the city.
