Furman University is monitoring the forecast for Tropical Storm Idalia with our partners at the National Weather Service. Potential impacts to campus at this time include 1 to 3 inches of rain, isolated flash flooding and damaging wind gusts.

Idalia’s current forecast track would keep the heaviest rainfall and strongest winds just southeast of our area.
