Furman among beneficiaries of The Duke Endowment’s $1.9 billion grant

Over the next 15 years, The Duke Endowment will distribute $1.9 billion to four colleges in the Carolinas, including Furman University in South Carolina and three others in North Carolina. The pledge is part of a larger $5 billion grant from The Duke Endowment, which announced its plans at an event celebrating the foundation’s 100th anniversary. To date, The Duke Endowment has provided $77.5 million toward The Furman Advantage. Learn more in Inside Higher Education and in Forbes.
