The Furman Department of Music welcomes the Tim Armacost Quintet in concert Sunday, Sept. 24, at 7:30 p.m. in Daniel Recital Hall. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. The event is open to the public. Armacost’s all-star group includes Tim on saxophone, Joe Locke on vibes, Jim Ridl on piano, Kenny Davis on bass and Rudy Royston on drums.
