Kamber Parker Bowden ’17 is profiled in Greenville Business Magazine. The politics and international affairs and communication studies graduate describes her company, Generational Performance Solutions (formerly YoPro Know), which aims to help organizations boost performance, retention and team dynamics. Since 2018, Bowden’s group has conducted more than 15,000 interviews with both young and older professionals to gain deep insights into how people work, communicate and lead across generations.
