Furman Engaged! celebrates the wide-ranging research, scholarship and creativity of Furman University undergraduates. Launched by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Internships in 2009, the annual event brings the Furman campus community and visitors together for a day set aside for presentations, posters and performances.

At Furman Engaged! Students spend the day taking in performances, presentations and posters.

The 10th installment of Furman Engaged! happens Tuesday, April 10 across campus. Classes are suspended for the day allowing students to freely explore the exhibits and attend performances.

A hallmark of The Furman Advantage, high-impact learning experiences like undergraduate research, internships, study away programs, creative projects, service learning, capstone and other projects are on display during the forum. The time-honored tradition provides students the opportunity to complete a critical step of these deep learning experiences–the public sharing of their work with peers, faculty, staff and the community.
