Student Giving

Furman First Gift

Furman aims to grow students who excel in all areas, including philanthropy and service. The Furman First Gift program allows each graduating class to begin their legacy by making a gift to support underclassmen. The purpose of this campaign is to unify each class under a common goal to become lifelong philanthropic supporters of Furman.

Furman United Endowed Scholarship Fund

This year, the Furman First Gift program will support the Class of 2022 Furman United Scholarship fund. Furman United is a needs-based scholarship that supports current Furman students who are no longer able to afford Furman. Since the program’s inception in 2008, Furman United has supported more than 250 students.
