Deepen your understanding and application of emotional intelligence (EQ) in higher education environments. This interactive session will introduce key components of EQ and explore their impact on agency, relationships, and culture in the workplace. Participants will engage in a guided reflection to assess their own EQ strengths and respond to scenario-based activities to gain practice in implementing EQ strategies.
