This two-day Executive Leadership Lab is designed by the Center for Innovative Leadership in collaboration with the BMW Performance Center.

Designed to fuse the excitement of high-performance driving with the principles of strategic leadership, this unique experience provides an extraordinary hands-on environment for expanding strategic mindsets, building collaboration skills and reenergizing organizational commitment.

Created for senior-level leaders, participants will draw parallels between track performance and leadership dynamics through interactive sessions that will strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance strategic performance and navigate organizational change.
