Who is Sarah Waylett?
Sarah Waylett is the Director of Product Experience at Furman’s Center for Innovative Leadership, where she leads all leadership and professional education efforts. A thought leader in innovation and workplace wellbeing, she is the founder of Dreamgarten and creator of The Inextricable Link Framework™, which supports resilience and innovation in individuals and organizations. Sarah has developed a research-based approach to preventing and recovering from burnout using mindfulness and design thinking. Before joining Furman, she spent 17 years at Accenture as an Innovation Evangelist, driving product and service development and designing learning experiences for thousands of consultants.
